FSE Facility. A free-standing emergency medical facility operated on the Leased Property, or a portion thereof, licensed in the state of its location, but which is not a part of a Provider Based Network. FSFC: Fifth Street Finance Corp., a Delaware corporation, as administrative agent for itself and other lenders.
