FRWA definition

FRWA means the Freeport Regional Water Authority, a joint exercise of powers authority duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and created pursuant to the FRWA Joint Powers Agreement.

  • The Worker or Business shall make all requests promptly to FRWA for additional cost and extensions of time.

  • With respect to the obligations of both the Worker or Business and FRWA, time is of the essence of this Agreement.
