  • FRSI and its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower, any Originator or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Borrower, any Originator or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if FRSI were not the Deal Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Borrower, any Originator, any Obligor, any Lender or any Liquidity Provider.

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
