FRR Wall definition
FRR Wall means the full height wall having a fire-resistance rating of not less than -/30/30 adjacent to the entrance door of a Residential Unit with open kitchen which is for the purposes of identification only shown and marked “OP” on the plans of the Residential Units certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
FRR Wall means the full height wall of a minimum of 600 mm width and having fire resistance rating of not less than -/30/30 adjacent to the open kitchen and exit door of a Residential Unit;
FRR Wall means the full height wall of a minimum of 600 mm width and having fire resistance rating of not less th-a/3n0/30 adjacent to the open kitchen and exit door of a Residential Unit whichorf the purposes of identification only are shown coloured blue on the DMC Plans;

An Owner of Residential Unit with open kitchen (in this FIFTH SCHEDULE, the “Relevant Owner’) shall be responsible for maintenance and annual inspection of the sprinkler system, smoke detectors, FRR Wall and self-closing devices for doors provided within and forming part of his Residential Unit (the “Fire Service Installations”).

FRR Wall means the full height wall having an FRR of not less than -/30/30 (if any) adjacent to the exit door of a Residential Unit with open kitchen which is respectively shown and coloured Light Indigo on the floor plans of the Residential Units certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
