FRP Percentage definition
FRP Percentage means, at any time, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, (a) the numerator of which is the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock owned by FRP at such time, and (b) the denominator of which is the total number of outstanding shares of Common Stock at such time.
