Frozen Period definition

Frozen Period means for Site Plan and Zoning By-law applications, the period of time extending two (2) years from the Application Approval date.
Frozen Period means the initial [***] month period of each Forecast as more particularly described in Section 3.1.
Frozen Period has the meaning given to that term in the Dealer Standards;

Examples of Frozen Period in a sentence

  • This rolling period is the eight (8) week period which follows immediately after the Frozen Period of each forecast.

  • Failure of Medtronic to supply any ISRs during the Supply Gap, whether or not reflected in the Frozen Period or Forecast, shall not be a violation of this Agreement, including but not limited to Medtronic’s obligations under Section 2.2(a)(iii), and no Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement as a result thereof.

  • Demand with a Delivery Date extending beyond the Frozen Period may be rescheduled at the request of Customer.

  • With each update of the rolling forecast, Digene shall notify Qiagen Instruments of its delivery requirements for the next Frozen Period (as defined below) using a “schedule” document, which shall specify “release” quantities with respect to Digene’s binding quantity commitment for that Frozen Period (or some other quantity to be mutually agreed).

  • Aastrom shall have no obligation to purchase finished goods, work in process or raw materials that in its reasonable determination are discrepant or deficient per the Specifications or that are outside the Frozen Period or Variable Period referenced in Sections 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 above.

  • Furthermore, the Covenantor warrant and represent, unless the consent of the Purchaser is obtained, Covenantor shall not sign any documents in relation to the Company, Jingguanxincheng or Jingshijingguan (except for the documents for the equity transfer stated herein) during the Frozen Period of Company.

  • Purchase/delivery of any of the Products is activated by Buyer´s issue of a Purchase Order or a Frozen Period, (both hereinafter referred to as “Order”).

  • It shall therefore be understood, to avoid any doubt, that the six weeks following the Frozen Period shall be considered firm as regards the minimum quantity resulting from the application of the above percentage.
