Frontline worker definition

Frontline worker. These are employees who directly produce goods or deliver services. In general they are eligible for overtime compensation, regardless of job title. Managers and Supervisors as defined below are not Frontline Workers. [Section 4400(ee).] Full-time: Employment of at least 35 hours a week, with exceptions for special programs. [Section 4400(h).]
