Frontage Fee definition

Frontage Fee means the actual costs incurred by the City for connecting a property to the Sewer System which is reimbursable by the property owner. The Frontage Fee is based on the Sewer main size, as established in §6-7.707, multiplied by the length, in feet, of the Sewer Frontage of a lot or parcel.
