Out-of-home placement means a child's placement in a home or facility other than the child's parent, guardian, or legal custodian.
Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

Head of household means the parent or parents with whom the dependent child or children were residing at the time of placement in foster care.
Boarding house means a residence in which lodg- ing and meals are provided. Each resident of a boarding house is charged a lump sum to cover the costs of lodging and meals with no separate accounting for the fair selling price of the meals.
Rooming house means any dwelling, or that part of a dwelling containing one or more rooming units in which space is let by the owner or operator to three or more persons who are not husband and wife, son or daughter, mother or father, or sister or brother of the owner or operator.
Halfway house means a facility licensed by the division of parole and community services of the department of rehabilitation and correction pursuant to section 2967.14 of the Revised Code as a suitable facility for the care and treatment of adult offenders.
System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
nuclear energy hazard means the radioactive, toxic, explosive, or other hazardous properties of radioactive material;
Air Act, as used in this clause, means the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.).
Underground source of drinking water means an aquifer or its portion:
Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;
Environmental pollution means the contaminating or rendering unclean or impure the air, land or waters of the state, or making the same injurious to public health, harmful for commer- cial or recreational use, or deleterious to fish, bird, animal or plant life.
Regulated motor vehicle surface means any of the following, alone or in combination:
Energy conservation means the decrease in energy requirements of specific customers during any selected time period, resulting in a reduction in end-use services.
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring and enforcing permits, and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements under Sections 307, 402, 318, and 405 of the Clean Water Act.
Department of Health and Human Services means the Department of Health and Human Services
Boarding home means a privately owned and operated home for the boarding and lodging of individuals which is approved by the Department of Juvenile Justice or the cabinet for the placement of children committed to the department or the cabinet;
trade in services means the supply of a service:
Majority of Holders Holders holding over 50% of the aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding; provided that, for the purpose of this Agreement, a holder of shares of Common Stock which constitute Transfer Restricted Securities shall be deemed to hold an aggregate principal amount of the Notes (in addition to the principal amount of the Notes held by such holder) equal to the quotient of (x) the number of such shares of Common Stock held by such holder and (y) the conversion rate in effect at the time of their issuance upon conversion of the Notes as determined in accordance with the Indenture.
Atomic Energy Act means the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
