Front margin definition

Front margin means the space required between the existing or proposed line of a means of access/road/street and the building setback line. Plots facing two or more means of accesses/roads/streets shall be deemed to front on all such means of accesses/roads/streets.

Related to Front margin

  • First Margin means the margin specified as such in the applicable Final Terms; "First Reset Date" means the date specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • CD Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
