Front End Services definition

Front End Services means the manufacturing of Wafers up to and including the process control module electrical test and any other services performed on a Wafer before it leaves the wafer manufacturing facility, as further described in Annex A, but excluding Back End Services (even if performed in a Front End Services manufacturing facility).
