Front Desk definition

Front Desk. A member of management shall have the right to work one shift of eight (8) hours per day at the front desk. Bars - A member of management shall have the right to work a daily shift, not to exceed eight (8) hours, on the upper deck and the downstairs lounge, and in doing so, the employees displaced by such management personnel shall have the right to other available shifts in either bar in accordance with their seniority providing they have the ability to perform the normal requirements of the job. Front Desk means – the Kyndryl operations team for assistance with the resolution of incidents, system administration requests and change requests related to the Services. The Kyndryl operations team shall be accessible via telephone number or e-mail to the DVLA applications team.
