FRNs definition

FRNs means the Prepetition $625 million aggregate principal amount Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2013 issued pursuant to the FRN Indenture. “FRN” means one of the notes comprising the FRNs.

FRNs means the Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2011 of InSight issued and outstanding under the FRN Indenture.

FRNs means the £250,000,000 Floating Rate Notes issued by Dunfermline due 30th March 2009;

FRNs has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
