FRMS definition

FRMS means fixed-rate residential mortgage loans.
FRMS means fatigue risk management system.
FRMS means the Fatigue Risk Management System referred to in clause 30 of this Agreement.

Examples of FRMS in a sentence

  • County has established and shall continue to have separate enterprise funds within the County budget for revenues, expenses, and operations of CLEMIS (hereinafter “CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund”).

  • The County Fiscal Services Division shall prepare financial statements for the CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund on a quarterly basis.

  • Only revenues and expenses stemming from CLEMIS operations and maintenance are recorded in the CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund; no other County revenues and expenses are recorded in these Funds.

  • The County Director of Management and Budget or his/her designee shall report the condition of the CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund to the CLEMIS Advisory Committee, on a quarterly basis.

  • Processor shall label the end product container in accordanced with applicable labeling requirements.

  • Pursuant to Government Code Sections 6506 and 6507, from its inception, FRMS has, is, and shall be a public entity separate and independent from the Members which is governed exclusively by its Board of Directors (“Board”).
