County has established and shall continue to have separate enterprise funds within the County budget for revenues, expenses, and operations of CLEMIS (hereinafter “CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund”).
The County Fiscal Services Division shall prepare financial statements for the CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund on a quarterly basis.
Only revenues and expenses stemming from CLEMIS operations and maintenance are recorded in the CLEMIS Fund and FRMS Fund; no other County revenues and expenses are recorded in these Funds.
All monies paid by Public Body to County pursuant to this Exhibit shall be deposited into the CLEMIS Fund or FRMS Fund, as applicable.
