Fringe Benefit Program definition

Fringe Benefit Program means any employee benefit plan, program, or arrangement, including, without limitation, employee benefit plans within the meaning of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, but excluding the Equity Incentive Plan and any nonqualified deferred compensation plan or other incentive compensation plan.
