Examples of FRH in a sentence

  • The Company by virtue of its acceptance of the FRH Certificates, agrees to direct and shall have the sole authority to direct the Owner Trustee or Co-Owner Trustee, or their successor in interest, as to the Permitted Investments in which the funds on deposit in the Trust Accounts (as such term is defined in the Sale and Servicing Agreement) may be invested.

  • CWFR shall have entered into an agreement with the Administrative Agent pursuant to which CWFR covenants that it will not agree to the filing of any voluntary bankruptcy petition or similar filing by FRH without the prior consent of the Required Senior Lenders.
