Frequent Flyer Program Agreements definition

Frequent Flyer Program Agreements means all currently existing, future and successor co-branding agreements, partnering agreements, airline-to-airline frequent flyer program agreements or similar agreements related to or entered into in connection with a Frequent Flyer Program.
Frequent Flyer Program Agreements means the AAdvantage Participating Carrier Agreement and the TrueBlue Participating Carrier Agreement, each to be entered into by the Parties, and any amendments or successor agreements.
Frequent Flyer Program Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the NEA Agreement.

Examples of Frequent Flyer Program Agreements in a sentence

  • In connection with this Agreement, the Parties are entering into the MGIA on the same date as this Agreement, and promptly following the date of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into the Codeshare Agreement, the Frequent Flyer Program Agreements, and a Special Prorate Agreement (individually or collectively, as the context requires, the “Related Agreements”).

  • This Agreement shall take precedence over any provisions of the NEA Agreement, the Codeshare Agreement and the Frequent Flyer Program Agreements that are inconsistent with regard to the specific subject matter of this Agreement.
