frequency usage means any wanted emission or radiation of electromagnetic waves between 9 kHz and 3000 GHz for use by radio services or other applications of electromagnetic waves. Frequency usage for the purposes of this Act also means the routing of electromagnetic waves in and along conductors in respect of which free use as provided for by section 53(2) sentence 3 is not given;

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Suppressed Availability means, at any time, an amount, if positive, by which the Borrowing Base at such time exceeds the Aggregate Commitments at such time; provided that Suppressed Availability at any time shall not exceed 2.5% of the Aggregate Commitments at such time.

  • Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Quarterly Average Excess Availability means, at any time, the daily average of the Excess Availability for the immediately preceding fiscal quarter as calculated by Agent in good faith.
