Where a Frequency Event has occurred while the Generating Unit was Synchronised to the power system, the Generating Unit response to any further Frequency Event occurring within 5 minutes after the end of the Frequency Event will not be taken into account for settlement purposes.
In order to assess the quality of delivery of TOR1 when required by the power system, the Generating Unit will be monitored and assessed during a Frequency Event in accordance with this Section 5 and the provisions of OC11.5.5 of the Grid Code (Spinning Reserve Monitoring) shall not apply to this Agreement.
