French Lease definition

French Lease means the short term lease agreement in the agreed terms to be signed in French at the date of transfer of ownership of the French Real Property from the French Vendor to RoweCom (or the French Purchaser) and whereby RoweCom (or the French Purchaser) will grant to the French Vendor the temporary right to use part of the French Real Property as from the date of transfer of the French Real Property to RoweCom (or the French Purchaser);
French Lease means Bail Commercial (Commercial Lease) by and between NOTAPIERRE represented by SECURINOT and Chipidea Microelectronica, SA dated February 10, 2007.
