French Agreement definition

French Agreement means an agreement or agreements in the agreed form to be made between the Vendor and the French Purchaser relating inter alia to the said and purchase by the French Purchaser of the French Business and its related assets;
French Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(c).
French Agreement means a written contract entered into between the Company or an Affiliate and a French Eligible Participant containing the terms and conditions of a French Option. Each French Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this French Annex.
