Freighter Aircraft definition

Freighter Aircraft means the Airbus A330 type Aircraft as described in Exhibit A, powered by Engines which are being purchased from Airframer by Avianca, or its permitted assigns.
Freighter Aircraft means any one of the Types of Aircraft designated as “B737-300F”, “B747-400F”, “B757-200F”, “B767-200F”, “B767-300F”, or “MD-11F” on Table 1 to Appendix I hereto or any other Aircraft listed on Table 1 of Appendix I, which is designated by the Borrower as a Freighter Aircraft.

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
