Examples of Freight Savings in a sentence
For purposes of this Section 6.6, Freight Savings shall mean and be equal to (A) the then Current Freight Cost per pound of Product to a Committed Location from Seller’s facility using Traditional Routing less (B) the then Current Freight Cost per pound of Product to the same Committed Location from the Seller’s Collierville, Tennessee facility; provided, however, in the event the Freight Savings calculated in accordance with this sentence is an amount less than zero, the Freight Savings shall be zero.
Freight Savings do not apply to any Products sold to more than one customers of SSA that ride together on the same carrier load.
For the period from July 15, 2005 through July 14, 2006, the freight cost per pound of Product to a Committed Location shall equal (A) the then Current Freight Cost (as hereinafter defined) per pound of Product to such Committed Location using Traditional Routing (as hereinafter defined) less (B) twenty-five percent (25%) of the Freight Savings (as hereinafter defined).
If and in the event this Agreement remains in effect after December 31, 2007, for the period from January 1, 2008 through July 14, 2008, the freight cost per pound of Product to a Committed Location shall equal (A) the then Current Freight Cost per pound of Product to such Committed Location using Traditional Routing less (B) seventy-five percent (75%) of the Freight Savings.
Primary Customer shall work in good faith to unbundle supplier delivered pricing in order to create opportunities for movement of Contracted Products from its suppliers to SSA through the Freight Management Program for the purpose of attempting to create Freight Savings that will be shared between Gampac, SSA and Primary Customer according to the terms of the Freight Program.
Any carrier rates provided to Primary Customer by Gampac are Confidential Information and shall not be shared with Primary Customer’s suppliers or otherwise used to undermine Freight Savings.
Therefore, while the bids by SSA/Gampac are Gampac’s expected actual costs to which Primary Customer may compare, after adding Gampac and SSA’s shares of the expected Freight Savings to bids of other outside carriers.
In the event that Buyer notifies General Moly that any shipment of Products should be made to a named place of destination in the United States, Canada or Mexico instead of the Delivery Point, the Product Price will be reduced for any such delivery in an amount equal to [****] of the Freight Savings and Working Capital Benefit.
In attempting to maximize Freight Savings, SSA shall not be obligated to increase the quantity of products ordered and in no case shall SSA be required to order product quantities in excess of four week’s supply.
