Freight Operator definition

Freight Operator means the person nominated as the Freight Operator for the purposes of this agreement by notice in writing from the Commonwealth Minister to the State Minister given at any time prior to the Effective Date;
Freight Operator has the meaning given to it in Schedule 6.2A (Committed Obligations);
Freight Operator means the person, firm or company stated in the preamble to this Framework Agreement;

Examples of Freight Operator in a sentence

  • Eurotunnel will invoice the Freight Operator weekly or at such other intervals as are agreed between the parties in writing.
