Freight Elevator Hours definition

Freight Elevator Hours means 8:00 a.m. to 8: 00 p.m. on Business Days and 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, excluding Holidays.
Freight Elevator Hours means between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Business Days. If additional freight elevator and/or loading dock service is requested for a period of time that does not immediately precede or follow Freight Elevator Hours, the minimum charge prescribed by Landlord shall be for four (4) hours. Subject to the provisions of Section 43.06 hereof, any damage done to the Building or Premises by Tenant, its employees, agents, servants, representatives and/or contractors in the course of moving any Freight Items shall be paid by Tenant within thirty (30) days after written demand by Landlord. Examples of Freight Elevator Hours in a sentence

  • Except for breakdown and scheduled service, repairs and other work which shall be subject to Section 11.11, Landlord shall keep both such freight elevators in service (and available to Tenant) on a non-exclusive basis at all times during Freight Elevator Hours.

  • Freight Elevator Hours shall mean 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

  • The Permitted Dogs, accompanied by their owners, shall be transported to and from the Demised Premises through the Building’s freight elevator during Freight Elevator Hours, and after Freight Elevator Hours, such Permitted Dogs may be transported to and from the Demised Premises through the Building’s passenger elevators, so long as such dogs shall be on leads or in pet carriers and securely held by their owners at all such times in such passenger elevators.

  • All usage during Overtime Periods shall be for a minimum of four (4) consecutive hours, unless the same shall be directly contiguous to Freight Elevator Hours.

  • Landlord shall supply freight elevator service (including use of the Building loading docks) during the hours of 6:00 am through 8:30 pm on Business Days (the "Freight Elevator Hours") to each floor that is served by the Building's freight elevators and on which the Premises are, or any portion thereof is, located.

  • Elevator means any hoisting or lowering device to connect floors or landings, whether or not in service, and all appliances pertaining to the elevator, including any car, platform, shaft, hoistway, stairway, runway, power equipment and machinery; THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE: a. an automobile servicing hoist; b. a hoist without a platform outside a building if without mechanical power or if it is not attached to building walls; c. a hod or material hoist used in alteration, construction or demolition operations; d. an inclined conveyor used exclusively for carrying property; or e. a dumbwaiter used exclusively for carrying property and having a compartment height not exceeding four feet.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Elevator contractor means a sole proprietor, firm, or corporation licensed under this chapter that is engaged in the business of erecting, constructing, installing, altering, servicing, repairing, or maintaining an elevator.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • HVAC System is defined in Section 6.10(a)(v).
