Freight Cost definition

Freight Cost will mean the actual amount charged Pactiv by the Carrier on a shipment to transport the goods from the point of origin to the point of destination, including, without limitation, all custom duties, taxes, fuel, detention and other surcharges, lumper fees and other expenses.
Freight Cost means the freight to be paid to a petroleum service provider depending on the approved distance travelled and the volume of petroleum product delivered to the designated delivery point;

  • For the period from July 15, 2005 through July 14, 2006, the freight cost per pound of Product to a Committed Location shall equal (A) the then Current Freight Cost (as hereinafter defined) per pound of Product to such Committed Location using Traditional Routing (as hereinafter defined) less (B) twenty-five percent (25%) of the Freight Savings (as hereinafter defined).

  • The price Purchaser shall pay for such Third Party Supplied Coke shall be the lesser of (i) the cost of such Third Party Supplied Coke (as adjusted in accordance with Schedule 5.2) delivered to the coke unloading facility at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Plant, or (ii) the sum of (y) the current Contract Price for Coke (as adjusted in accordance with Schedule 5.2) and (z) the applicable Purchaser Freight Cost.

  • The term "Actual Freight Cost" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
