• If Buyer elects to purchase newsprint hereunder on a basis other than freight allowed or prepaid, the Basic Price of the newsprint so purchased shall be reduced in the amount of the "Freight Allowance" then in effect.

• The "Freight Allowance" shall mean an amount equal to $17 per ton increased or decreased, as the case may be, by the percentage by which the I.C.

• In lieu of Supplier shipping Product to ABC, Supplier shall pay a Freight Allowance Rebate for ABC to collect freight at Supplier’s identified location using ABC’s carriers (“Freight Allowance”).

• For Purchase Orders where the freight cost of providing the service exceeds the Contractor’s proceeds from the weight picked up, Contractor may apply a Freight Allowance charge to the load proceeds.
