If Buyer elects to purchase newsprint hereunder on a basis other than freight allowed or prepaid, the Basic Price of the newsprint so purchased shall be reduced in the amount of the "Freight Allowance" then in effect.

If the parties are unable agree upon an estimate for the Base Standard Costs, the Billing Price for Electricity and/or the Billing Freight Allowance, the Invoice Price shall remain unchanged.
In lieu of Supplier shipping Product to ABC, Supplier shall pay a Freight Allowance Rebate for ABC to collect freight at Supplier’s identified location using ABC’s carriers (“Freight Allowance”).
For Purchase Orders where the freight cost of providing the service exceeds the Contractor’s proceeds from the weight picked up, Contractor may apply a Freight Allowance charge to the load proceeds.
