Freight Adjustment definition

Freight Adjustment means an increase or decrease in the applicable Quarterly Price or Final Quarterly Price for Product delivered pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the formula set forth on Schedule 5 provided that the parties shall agree upon any adjustments to the Freight Adjustment every *** year after the year of the Effective Date.
Freight Adjustment means, with respect to a Product, the amount, expressed as a percentage, obtained by multiplying (x) the amount obtained by subtracting 100% from the amount obtained by dividing the average Freight Index Amount during the Current Period by the average Freight Index Amount during the Base Period by (y) the Freight Percentage set forth opposite the applicable Product category below.
Freight Adjustment means the Deemed Actual Cost of Freight for delivering crude oil to the Refinery less the Deemed Five Year Historical Average Cost of Freight for delivering crude oil to the refinery in U.S. dollars per barrel.

Examples of Freight Adjustment in a sentence

  • Any Product delivered by Seller from within a Secondary Delivery Zone in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be subject to a Freight Adjustment.

  • No more than [****] after the end of each three-month period hereafter, Crown will provide to Supplier, in writing, the Quarterly Freight Adjustment for such three-month period, which Quarterly Freight Adjustment may be a positive or negative amount.
