Freeway Project definition

Freeway Project means a project in connection with Department's freeway system by Department or others which includes, but is not limited to, work occasioned by and of benefit to the construction, improvement, maintenance, operation or use of a freeway, and which may include such work within the right-of-way of a freeway or any other public road or on other real property.
