Freemium Services definition

Freemium Services means the services listed at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/freemium.pdf and incorporated herein by reference. Customer support for Freemium Services will be billed at the same hourly rates as custom programming. Freemium Services are not considered “Infrastructure” hereunder and are provided "AS IS" with no express or implied warranty. Individual Freemium Services may be deprecated, added to the Features referenced in Section 2, or added to the On-Demand Services.

Freemium Services means all services to which a Member who has subscribed to a Freemium Subscription has access to on the Platform, as described in detail on the Platform and in the GTCU;

Examples of Freemium Services in a sentence

  • Virtana may discontinue offering the Freemium Services at any time in its sole discretion.

  • Client may choose to try such Freemium Services in Client’s sole discretion.

  • In addition, Virtana may suspend or terminate access to the Freemium Services (a) if Virtana generally discontinues, modifies, or limits the Freemium Services following notice to registered contacts, (b) if Customer misuses the Freemium Services, (c) if Customer exceeds the scope, quantities, units, time period, or features or functions included by Virtana at no charge as part of the Freemium Services, (d) if Customer’s Freemium Services account is inactive for thirty (30) or more days.

  • Virtana reserves the right to require payment of fees for any excess usage that is not included in a Freemium Services at its then-current standard rates for the same, or such rates as Virtana may otherwise offer in writing.

  • Customer may cancel the Freemium Services with Virtana at any time and for any reason or no reason by following the in-product prompts for deleting Customer’s environment or such other prompts as Virtana may make available.

  • Virtana may at any time revoke, terminate, suspend, modify, limit, or condition the further use of Freemium Services on notice to Customer for any reason or no reason.

  • Freemium Services may be subject to certain use, quantity, or other limitations, may contain bugs or errors, and are provided solely and exclusively “AS IS” with no express or implied warranty of any kind.

  • From time to time, Diligent may make Freemium Services available to Client at no charge.

  • Access to Freemium Services will also terminate automatically if Customer or Virtana terminate this Agreement consistent with the termination provisions herein.

  • The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription and you will be downgraded to the Freemium Services.

Related to Freemium Services

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
