Free will literally means I am not enslaved to another. I cannot be 'my brother's keeper' in commanding their lifestyle when it does not comport to my means - as if they were a "means to my end!" I can only influence his (or her, "brother" here, is metaphoric) way of thinking. SJR-4 proposes this Constitutional abrogation and in so doing, contradicts everything my State's Legislature was elected to preserve (and insure) for ALL of us!
