Free Use definition

Free Use means the use of Dynatrace Offerings, or any feature or function thereof, made available to Customer free of charge. Free Use excludes any purchased access or use.
Free Use means a specific case in which people can use the work without permission according to the copyright limitation on the work. In this case, the user should comply with the specific legal conditions
Free Use shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Free Use - (Non-Profit without Impact) Whenever the term “free use” is used, it shall mean that the use shall be without charge of any kind.

  • Limited Use Free Writing Prospectuses means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not a General Use Free Writing Prospectus.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee may, without Lessor's prior consent, but upon notice to Lessor and in compliance with all Applicable Requirements, use any ordinary and customary materials reasonably required to be used by Lessee in the normal course of the Permitted Use, so long as such use is not a Reportable Use and does not expose the Premises or neighboring properties to any meaningful risk of contamination or damage or expose Lessor to any liability therefor. In addition, Lessor may (but without any obligation to do so) condition its consent to any Reportable Use of any Hazardous Substance by Lessee upon Lessee's giving Lessor such additional assurances as Lessor, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary to protect itself, the public, the Premises and the environment against damage, contamination or injury and/or liability therefor, including but not limited to the installation (and, at Lessor's option, removal on or before Lease expiration or earlier termination) of reasonably necessary protective modifications to the Premises (such as concrete encasements) and/or the deposit of an additional Security Deposit under Paragraph 5 hereof.

  • Personal use means for the private use of the individual

  • Station Use means the electric energy produced by the Generating Facility that is used within the Generating Facility to power the lights, motors, control systems and other electrical loads that are necessary for Operation, including transformation losses to power such equipment and other necessary loads.

  • Sustainable use means the use of components of biological diversity in such manner and at such rate that does not lead to the long-term decline of the biological diversity thereby maintaining its potential to meet the needs and aspirations of present and future generations;

  • Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)
