Free Solution definition

Free Solution means any Solution other than Beta Solutions that Privax designates as “free” or otherwise provides without charge. Group Company means, with respect to Privax, an entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Privax. “Control,” as used in this section, means ownership of more than 50% of the outstanding voting interest of the applicable entity. Initial Subscription for each Solution, means the period beginning on the date you obtain the Solution and continuing for the term (defined by the passage of time, your use of the Solution or another metric) specified by the Applicable Conditions.

Free Solution means the version of the Solution that will be accessible to users without a paid subscription.

Examples of Free Solution in a sentence

  • If Client has access to the Free Solution, these Terms and Conditions shall be in effect for so long as Client has access to the Free Solution.

  • Any Customer Data collected by the Free Solution or enters into the Free Solution by Customer will be permanently lost at the end of the applicable free subscription.

  • Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, LeaseQuery shall have no liability under contract, tort or any other theory of liability (including claims alleging negligence) for the Free Solution.

  • Upon a termination of a subscription to the Paid Solution, Client may have access to the Free Solution.

  • This Guaranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York (the “State”), without regard to conflicts of law principles.

  • Any subscription or access to the Free Solution may be terminated by LeaseQuery for any or no reason at any time without notice.
