Free Solution definition

Free Solution means any Solution other than Beta Solutions that Privax designates as “free” or otherwise provides without charge. Group Company means, with respect to Privax, an entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Privax. “Control,” as used in this section, means ownership of more than 50% of the outstanding voting interest of the applicable entity. Initial Subscription for each Solution, means the period beginning on the date you obtain the Solution and continuing for the term (defined by the passage of time, your use of the Solution or another metric) specified by the Applicable Conditions.

Free Solution means the version of the Solution that will be accessible to users without a paid subscription.

Examples of Free Solution in a sentence

  • If Client has access to the Free Solution, these Terms and Conditions shall be in effect for so long as Client has access to the Free Solution.

  • Any Customer Data collected by the Free Solution or enters into the Free Solution by Customer will be permanently lost at the end of the applicable free subscription.

  • Toll Free Service is service provided with any dialing sequence that invokes toll-free, 800-like, service processing, for example for illustration only, 800 or 800-like services. Toll Free Service includes but is not limited to calls placed to 800/888 NPA Service Access Codes (SAC).

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.
