Free Sale definition

Free Sale hotel will handle reservations for the resort (Tow Bedroom Beach House and Two Bedroom Beach Villa) on free sale basis. On request: * reservations for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Villa and COMO Private Estates; and for Festive season (Season 3), will be handled “on request” by contacting our reservation department. All promotional offers and packages are not available over Peak Dates, which include:  Presidents Day Weekend: Thursday February 15th to Wednesday February 21st  Spring Break and Easter week Friday March 16th to Sunday April 8th  Thanksgiving: Monday November 19th to Sunday November 25th  Festive: Thursday December 20th to Saturday January 5th 2018 All of the below rates, except ‘Transfers’ (subject to 12% government taxes) are in US Dollars and are subject to 22% government tax and service charge (10% service charge and 12% government taxes).

Free Sale means a non-contracted amount of Rooms available for the “Company” until the hotel communicates a stop sale to the “Company”, applicable the same day.

  • Upon written request of EURAND, SCANDIPHARM undertakes to provide EURAND with the US Free Sale Certificate of the Finished Dosage Forms; for such Certificate EURAND shall pay to SCANDIPHARM the documented expenses borne by SCANDIPHARM to get such Certificate from the FDA in the United States of America.
