Free Power definition

Free Power means quantum of energy corresponding to such percentage {not less than Fifteen Per Cent (15%)} of Net Energy generated by the Project, to be supplied free of cost by the Seller to the Procurer in each time block, as mentioned in format of Error! Related to Free Power

  • Reactive Power means the wattless component of the product of voltage and current, which the Facility shall provide to or absorb from the Grid System within the Technical Limits and which is measured in MVAR;
