Free" Days definition

Free" Days. A half fee shall be paid in addition to all other payments for all non-working days, including the opening day of the tour but excluding the return day unless the return time is after 1pm.
Free" Days period means a number of days disregarding the first and the last day (ten free days are thus equal to 11 days in standard count- ing); moreover, if the period ends on a weekend or on a public holiday, the term falls on the first working day before.‌‌‌

Examples of Free" Days in a sentence

  • All such legal holidays shall be in addition to the regularly scheduled Free Days.

  • Reliefs shall not be assigned to Graveyard shifts, or any shift that interferes with previously scheduled work or the Relief’s Free Days.

  • Pairs of Free Days attached to days in lieu of Public Holidays are included in the 27.

  • Any holiday period of 7 consecutive days or less shall have a pair of consecutive Free Days attached to it.

  • Prior to the start of the fall and summer seasons, immediately following the Seasonal Bid, Regular Relief Masters shall bid on Free Days.

  • Not more than 28 days shall elapse between all consecutive pairs of Free Days.

  • Free Days, Public Holidays and days in lieu of Public Holidays shall be confirmed with not less than 3 working weeks’ notice.

  • Non Working Days will be one of the following: Holiday Days, as specified in Clause 10; Public Holidays, as specified in Clause 10; Free Days, as specified in Clause 10; Release Days, as specified in Clause 9.

  • Prior to the start of the fall and summer seasons, immediately following the Seasonal Bid, Regular Relief Mates shall bid on Free Days.

  • There shall be no more than nine (9) consecutive work days between Free Days, and the Free Day prior to the first public performance must be given within the seven (7) days prior thereto.
