The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006 (“Anti-Corruption Guidelines”).

The Bank requires that Borrowers (including beneficiaries of Bank financing); bidders (applicants/proposers), consultants, contractors and suppliers; any sub-contractors, sub-consultants, service providers or suppliers; any agents (whether declared or not); and any of their personnel, observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement process, selection and contract execution of Bank-financed contracts, and refrain from Fraud and Corruption.

The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006 (“Anti-Corruption Guidelines”), with the modifications set forth in Section II of the Appendix to this Agreement.
The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants, dated October 15, 2006.
Relevant information on the nature of any credible allegations of such actual or suspected violations, as well as the details of the intended response and the outcome of any such response, should be communicated and coordinated with WHO, with the understanding that, subject to the terms of the WHO Policy on Prevention, Detection and Response to Fraud and Corruption, confidentiality and the due process rights of those involved will be respected.
