  • Single life rates are then Frasierized, as determined in Exhibit B.II.

  • For Joint life policies, reinsurance premiums will be 110% of the single life rates described above for each individual, Frasierized, with a minimum annual premium of $0.12 per $1,000 in all years.

  • The Frasierized rates shall be multipli▇▇ ▇▇ ▇he following factors: If one life is uninsurable (previously defined as a life rated above a Table 16 with a minimum life expectancy of 18 - 24 months), the healthy life may be insured, provided it is rated no greater than Table 6 (250%).

  • For Joint Survivorship plans, reinsurance premium rates shall be calculated at the individual rates specified above and will then be Frasierized to come up with a single mortality rate for the policy.
