Franco includes all of Franco and all of Franco’s successors-in-interest, including inter alia assignees, partners, joint venture partners, lessees and, when applicable, mortgagees and Franco’s subsidiary, parent, sister or affiliated companies;
Franco has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Preamble.
Franco means Franco-Nevada Mining Company Limited.
