Franchising Authorities definition

Franchising Authorities means all Governmental Authorities that have issued or granted any Franchises relating to the operation of a System.
Franchising Authorities means those Governmental Authorities issuing, and having jurisdiction over, the Franchises.
Franchising Authorities means the Governmental Authorities that have issued the Franchises, or before which there are pending any applications filed by Central relating to the operation of the System.
