Franchised operator definition

Franchised operator means a person or entity that is awarded a franchise by the City to construct and operate a cable system, within all or a part of the City. A cable operator may also be a “franchised operator”.

  • Licensed Operator : means any person who holds a licence granted and in force under the Law;

  • Managed care entity means either a managed care organization licensed by the department of insurance (e.g., HMO or PHP) or a primary care case management program (i.e., MediPASS).

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.
