Franchise restaurant means a restaurant that has been endowed or granted authority by a restaurant chain to use its name, trademarks, service marks and to distribute or sell its products.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
