General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.
Co-licensed partner means a person who, with at least one other person, has the right to engage in
General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.
Partner means the General Partner or a Limited Partner, and “Partners” means the General Partner and the Limited Partners.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
Foreign limited partnership means a partnership formed under laws other than of this state and having as partners one or more general partners and one or more limited partners.
Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.
Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause
Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
Resident Partner means a partner who is a resident individual, a resident estate, a resident trust or a resident corporation. "Nonresident partner" means a partner other than a resident partner;
Partnership Subsidiary means Host LP and any partnership, limited liability company, or other entity treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes or disregarded as a separate entity for federal income tax purposes in which either Host REIT or Host LP owns (or owned on or after January 1, 1999) an interest, either directly or through one or more other partnerships, limited liability companies or other entities treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes or disregarded as a separate entity for federal income tax purposes (whether or not Host REIT or Host LP has a controlling interest in, or otherwise has the ability to control or direct the operation of, such entity). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Partnership Subsidiary” shall not in any way be deemed to include the Non-Controlled Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, the Taxable REIT Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, or the Subsidiary REITs or subsidiaries thereof.
Private partner means any entity that is a partner in a public-private partnership other than:
Council Member means a member of the Council;
Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
Managing Partner means KKR Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Corporate Partner means a Partner that is subject to tax under [reference to State law].
Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.
Social development company means a company whose primary purpose in Sudan is to provide humanitarian goods or services, including medicine or medical equipment, agricultural supplies or infrastructure, educational opportunities, journalism-related activities, information or information materials, spiritual-related activities, services of a purely clerical or reporting nature, food, clothing, or general consumer goods that are unrelated to oil-related activities, mineral extraction activities, or power production activities.
Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.
General Partner Loan has the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c) hereof.
Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.
Substitute Limited Partner means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.03 hereof.
