Franchise Materials definition

Franchise Materials means all Solid Waste generated in the Franchise Area including Franchise Garbage, Franchise Recyclables, Franchise Organics, Franchise Food Waste, Franchise Yard Waste and Franchise Construction and Demolition Debris; provided, however, that "Franchise Materials" shall not include Excluded Materials.
Franchise Materials means all materials and items provided by or on behalf of NAB to the Franchisee in connection with this agreement, including (without limitation) any equipment, software, data, documentation, manuals and any other materials or items in any form, and also includes the materials and items assigned to NAB pursuant to clause 11.1(d). Further Term means the period commencing on the expiry of the Initial Term and continuing until terminated in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Group means NAB and its related bodies corporate. Guarantor is defined in clause 19(c).
Franchise Materials means all of the Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Compostable Materials, and Construction and Demolition Debris generated in the City and included within the grant of Franchise provided in Section 3.2 and not excluded by Section 3.4.

Related to Franchise Materials

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Proprietary Materials means any tangible chemical, biological or physical research materials that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, regardless of whether such materials are specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party.

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Licensed User means a natural person employed by or under contract to Licensee who is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application, under this License Agreement, regardless of whether such individual is actively using the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application at any given time. Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
