Franchise Materials definition

Franchise Materials means all Solid Waste generated in the Franchise Area including Franchise Garbage, Franchise Recyclables, Franchise Organics, Franchise Food Waste, Franchise Yard Waste and Franchise Construction and Demolition Debris; provided, however, that "Franchise Materials" shall not include Excluded Materials.
Franchise Materials means all Solid Waste, Recyclables and Green Waste generated in the City, and included within the Franchise as specified herein.
Franchise Materials means all materials and items provided by or on behalf of MLC Advice to the Franchisee in connection with this agreement, including (without limitation) any equipment, software, data, documentation, manuals and any other materials or items in any form, and also includes the materials and items assigned to MLC Advice pursuant to clause 11.1(e). Group means MLC Advice and its related bodies corporate. Guarantor is defined in clause 19(c).

  • For all septage or SSO generated from outside the geographic area of the Municipalities ("Ex-franchise Materials") the Municipalities agree that the Company may set all other tipping fees, and change, amend and otherwise deal with those other tipping fees, entirely as it sees fit so long as the tipping fees for Ex- Franchise Materials is not less than the tipping fees for In-Franchise Materials.

  • Materials which would otherwise constitute Franchise Materials that are removed from a premise by a company as an incidental part of a gardening, landscaping, tree trimming, cleaning, maintenance, construction, handyman, tractor or similar service offered by that company rather than as a waste hauling service.


More Definitions of Franchise Materials

Franchise Materials means all materials and items provided by or on behalf of NAB to the Franchisee in connection with this agreement, including (without limitation) any equipment, software, data, documentation, manuals and any other materials or items in any form, and also includes the materials and items assigned to NAB pursuant to clause 11.1(d). Further Term means the period commencing on the expiry of the Initial Term and continuing until terminated in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Group means NAB and its related bodies corporate. Guarantor is defined in clause 19(c).
Franchise Materials means all of the Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Compostable Materials, and Construction and Demolition Debris generated in the City and included within the grant of Franchise provided in Section 3.2 and not excluded by Section 3.4.
