Framework Documentation definition

Framework Documentation means a list of all Framework Code filenames, including standard file information, internal user manuals, programming guides, source code comments, system guides and related materials of s+c which facilitate the use of the Framework Code and any product specifications and product development plans pertaining thereto.
Framework Documentation means descriptions of the Services and Service Levels, technical specifications, user manuals, operating manuals, process definitions and procedures, and all such other documentation as: (a) is required to be supplied by the Supplier to the Framework Authority under the Framework Agreement; (b) is required by the Supplier in order to provide the Services; or has been or shall be generated for the purpose of providing the Services; "Framework Agreement" means the Clauses of the Primary Care Support Services Framework Agreement dated on or around 11 August 2015 between the Framework Authority and the Supplier, together with the Schedules and Appendices to it and any documents expressly incorporated by reference in or attached to it; "Framework Authority Representative" has the meaning given in Paragraph (Governance) of the Framework Agreement; 1.1.1 of Schedule 5.1 "Framework Authority" means the National Health Service Commissioning Board (known as NHS England); "Framework Charges" means, in respect of a particular Service, either the Banded Charges

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise.
