When authorized to acquire property, the Subcontractor shall notify FRA Procurement Representative upon receipt of Subcontractor Acquired Property (SAP).

All travel not specifically included in the Subcontractor’s Task Order/Release cost proposal must be approved in advance by FRA Procurement Representative.
