FR Y-9LP Report means the “Parent Company Only Financial Statements for Large Bank Holding Companies (FR Y-9LP)” submitted by the Borrower as required by Section 5(c) of the Bank Holding Company Act (12 U.S.C. 1844) and Section 225.5(b) of Regulation Y (12 CFR 225.5(b)), or any successor or similar replacement report.
