FR Y-9LP. As soon as available, and in any event no later than sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal quarter, the Borrower’s complete form FR Y-9LP as filed with the Federal Reserve Bank in the applicable Federal Reserve District.
FR Y-9LP. Borrower shall notify Lender of the filing of Borrower’s complete form FR Y-9LP as filed with the Federal Reserve Bank in the applicable Federal Reserve District.
