FPX Service definition

FPX Service shall refer to the real time internet-based online payment system which enables Customers to make secure online payments using their internet banking account to Merchant, as made available by Curlec on the Merchant’s website or mobile application. The Standard Seller Terms shall be read together with this Agreement. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and the Standard Seller Terms, the Standard Seller Terms shall prevail.

Related to FPX Service

  • Service means service as an Employee, Outside Director or Consultant.

  • Service Provider means an Employee, Director or Consultant.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.
