FPSE definition

FPSE means the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators.

  • The Parties agree that PSEA and FPSE may extend this June 30, 2020 deadline by mutual agreement.

  • They are committed to redress the under-representation of Aboriginal employees and therefore further agree that: • PSEA and FPSE will encourage the Employers, and with support from the local faculty association/union, to make application to the Human Rights Tribunal under section 42 of the Human Rights Code to obtain approval for a special program that would serve to attract and retain Aboriginal employees.
